Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 12.03.2025 for UDR correction, rectifying the error which according to the petitioner, the petitioner's lands are reflected as Government Tharisu lands. The said request of the petitioner shall be considered and enquire into by the 1st respondent, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and thereafter, the 1st respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
