(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGANAM,J.) The petitioner claiming that he is the father of the detenu has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Considering the age of the married detenu and the family background and that he was pursuing his studies, we though that an attempt has to be made to resolve the controversy by referring the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation centre. mediator had done his best to resolve the problem, but the mediation could not succeed.
