PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose the original suit in O.S.No.248 of 2021, on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, within the time stipulated by this Court and consequently allow the present civil revision petition.

ORDER
The plaintiff in O.S.No.248 of 2021, on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit. 2.A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that the defendants have filed their written statement and the third defendant has filed an application seeking permission of the Court to file additional written statement and the said application has been returned.
3.Considering the fact that the suit of the year 2021, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 30.11.2025. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
