********* (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J) This Contempt Petition is filed by the Petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 18.10.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.20645 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.This Court, disposed of the above Writ Petition, with a direction to the official respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 6.8.2019 by taking into consideration the communication of the Tahsildar, dated 7.10.2021 and remove the encroachment after affording sufficeint opportunity to all the parties concerned and by following due process of law. 2/5

4.A perusal of the records would show that a notice under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act has been issued to the Petitioner on 27.6.2023.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instrutions, would submit that the encroacher against whom notice under Section 6 was issued, filed W.P(MD)No.16166 of 2023 and it is also brought to the notice of this Court that at his instance, further direction was issued by this Court while disposing of W.P(MD)No.16166 of 2023. 5.From the facts revealed from the order, dated 4.7.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.16166 of 2023, this Court is of the view that the order passed by this Court, has been complied with. 6.Recording compliance, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
