Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the amount due towards medical reimbursement along with 12% interest relating to the petitioner wife K.Thanga Selvam's claim (now deceased Health Insurance I.D.No.No.KKM/01/SB409/NHIS12/1047738) on the basis of the petitioner's final representation dated 11.07.2019 in the light of the specific direction issued by this Court in the batch of writ petitions in W.P.(MD) Nos.13429 of 2013 & others order dated 28.05.2019.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file appropriate application in the already decided Writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.2610 of 2017, where, he claimed that, in the array of party, in the place of R4, instead of District Level Committee represented by its District Collector, Kanyakumari District, it was wrongly mentioned as Madurai District.

Therefore, in order to rectify the same, he wants to file a miscellaneous petition in that writ petition. 2.The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with such liberty. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
