The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, by way of e-filing in No.LTN No.20220001537 C.No.202500104. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4
