ORDER

The petitioner has been assigned with a land on 29.06.2007 and in the assignment land, the petitioner has constructed a house. However, revenue records have not been mutated. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted an application for grant of patta and also filed this writ petition for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant patta in favour of the petitioner. 2.When this writ petition taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that based on the petitioner's application, an enquiry has been contemplated on 18.07.2023 and orders would be passed within a reasonable time. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader that already enquiry has been initiated on the petitioner's application, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent Tahsildar to pass 2/4
