This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.547 of 2023 dated 08.11.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that upon completion of investigation, the first respondent has filed the final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Thanjavur on 01.02.2024 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Thanjavur to take the final report on file, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
