ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.145 of 2025 under Sections 329(3), 324(5) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023. The offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable in nature.
