ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct Innisai Kacheri on 31.07.2018 at about 7.00 p.m to 2.00 a.m on the eve of Aadi Kodai Festival in Sree Perumal Swamy Parvathi Ambal Temple situates in Puthukulam, Iraippuvaari Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.07.2018, is directed to be considered and an order to that effect would be passed, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if the said representation is pending with the respondents, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

5.Considering the said circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.07.2018 and the petitioner is directed to produce a copy of the representation along with this order copy to the second respondent.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
