PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 493 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 and A3 herein were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.07.2020 for the alleged offences under Sections 394 r/w.397 of IPC.

2. There are totally four accused in this case. The petitioners herein is arrayed as A2 and A3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant, assaulted him and extracted Rs.500/- from the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. This is the second bail petition. Earlier this Court by an order dated 26.08.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8730 of 2020 had dismissed the bail petition on the ground that petitioner is a habitual offender and also having several previous cases of similar nature.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances ,this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
