ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to sanction the building plan approval submitted by the petitioner on 05.11.2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent will convey the decision to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
