The present writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to grant permission to conduct weekly market in Rajakambeeram Village Panchayat as per the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka. B4/2836/2014 dated 05.11.2014 and as well as the resolutions passed by the Village Panchayat dated 03.09.2014 and 17.10.2014. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the respondents by way of her representation dated 27.10.2014. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to all the parties concerned as expeditiously as possible.
