This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram 1/4

in Crime No.484 of 2021, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that after investigation, Section 324 of IPC has been altered into Section 326 of IPC and the charge sheet was made ready on 10.02.2024 and the final report will be filed within a period of two weeks. 4.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.484 of 2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
