ORDER

The Contempt Petition is filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 24.03.2026 made in W.M.P.(MD) No.6401 of 2026 in W.P.(MD) No.7827 of 2026.

2. An order of interim injunction was granted against the respondent. Even after the order of interim injunction, it is the contention of the petitioner that, the respondent continued with the construction. Subsequently, it has been placed on record that immediately upon communication of the order, the respondent stopped the construction.

3. In view thereof, I do not find any wilful disobedience of the order. Since the writ petition has also been disposed of, and considering all the above circumstances, the Contempt Petition is closed.
