ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.02.2025, in W.P.(MD) No. 3388 of 2025.

2. I have heard the learned counsel on either side.

Though my order dated 05.02.2025, is complained of not being obeyed, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that even on 20.03.2025, orders have been passed in the appeal and however, fairly the learned Government counsel would submit that only on 26.04.2025, copy of the order has been sent to the petitioner

3. Recording the fact that the order has been complied with, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same if aggrieved, this Contempt Petition is closed.
