O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in connection with Crime No.134 of 2019, dated 18.06.2019, on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that in the petition mentioned Crime No.134 of 2019, the respondent / Police has completed the investigation and filed a final report on 25.02.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur. He would further submit that the said case has been taken on file as P.R.C.No.6 of 2020.
