ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) and 322 of BNS in Crime No.Not Known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that current paper is pending for enquiry.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to appear before respondent police for enquiry and cooperate for the enquiry. The respondent police is directed to follow the procedure under Section 35 of BNSS, and to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against 2/3
the petitioners, register the F.I.R. or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Till such time, the petitioners shall not be arrested by the respondent police.
