2. The petitioner wants us to restrain the respondents from interfering with his possession and enjoyment of the petition mentioned land.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the order passed under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act on 05.02.2026. A copy the same has been served on the petitioner's counsel. It is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No relief can be granted in this writ petition. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands 2/4
