O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu - Kannan, S/o.Rasu, aged about 23 years. She has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition stating that her son was found missing from 21.11.2016 onwards and in this regard, she lodged a complaint to the third respondent on 23.11.2016. Thereafter, no effective steps were taken to trace out the detenu. Hence, she filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the third respondent produced the detenu before this Court. When we enquired the detenu, he told us that on his own volition, he left the home and now, he returned to home. On our further enquiry, the detenu told that he is willing to go along with the petitioner.

3. Therefore, recording the submission made by the detenu, since the detenu is not in illegal custody of anyone, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
