This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the second respondent not to interfere in civil disputes between the petitioner and third respondent relating to the property situated in No.292, Big Bazzar Street, Trichy and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been inquired into and the same is closed. It is further submitted that therefore, there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police.
