This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to conduct investigation in FIR No.122 of 2018 dated 21.05.2018 as per law and file the final report u/s. 173 of Cr.P.C. on merits in accordance with law within a time frame of two weeks pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents seeks six [6] months time to complete investigation and submit the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to file the final report, before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of four [4] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
