Today (05.06.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed that the Succession Original Petition in S.O.P.No.16 of 2021, before the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar, has been filed by the petitioner.
2. Mr.C.Karthik, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) has already been disbursed in UTR No.CITIN21176791085 dated 25.05.2021.
3. Recording the submissions made on either side, this writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the Succession Original Petition in S.O.P.No16 of 2021, pending before the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar.
