ORDER

The petitioner seeks amendment of the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned property. The fourth respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned representation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent shall hear the private respondents herein and also the interested persons if any before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other.
