ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by one P.S.Easwaran under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Writ of Mandamus to be issued against the first respondent to take the appeal petition filed by the petitioner on 14.05.2015 under Section 53(5) of the Tamil Nadu Act 22 of 1959 against the order passed in Na.Ka.No.1364/2015/A-1, dated 04.05.2015 by the second respondent in respect of Arulmigu Ayyappan Temple, K.Pudur, Madurai.

2.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent, appellate authority is directed to consider the merits of the matter and

dispose of the appeal, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
