Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to furnish the duplicate T.S.R and the duplicate certificates of the educational certificates of the petitioner. For Petitioner : Mr.A.K.Manickam For Respondents : Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, Government Advocate.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to furnish duplicate T.S.R (Teacher Service Record) and the duplicate certificates of the educational certificates of the petitioner. 2.Admittedly, this Court by an order dated 16.12.2011 in W.P(MD) No.14374 of 2011 while disposing of the said writ petition has given a finding that the petitioner should be allowed to participate in the certificate verification before the District Elementary Educational Officer, the first respondent herein along with attested copies. It goes without saying that the above said order clearly shows that the petitioner's T.S.R (Teacher Service Record) and his certificates had been lost when it was kept under the first respondent along with original certificates.

3.On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that if two months time is given, the first respondent shall furnish duplicate T.S.R (Teacher Service Record) and duplicate certificates of educational certificates of the petitioner.

4.Therefore, accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate for granting two weeks time to furnish duplicate T.S.R (Teacher Service Record) and duplicate certificates of the educational certificates of the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to furnish the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
