ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The mother of the detenu by name Saranya, aged about 20 years, has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that the third respondent herein has illegally abducted her with the help of the respondent Nos.4 and 5. In this regard, she has already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
given a complaint to the second respondent Police. As there was no response to the same, he has come up with this petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu was produced before this Court by the second respondent Police. When we enquired, the detenu told that she has not been abducted or illegally detained by anybody. She has further told that she left the house on her own volition and married the third respondent. The said statement is recorded.
