This petition is filed by the petitioner to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Padmanabapuram, Kanyakumari District in Crl.M.P.No.2153 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent would submit that already FIR has been registered based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Padmanabapuram in Crl.M.P.No.2153 of 2024, dated 10.04.2024.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the FIR has been registered based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Padmanabapuram in Crl.M.P.No.2153 of 2024, dated 10.04.2024, nothing survives for further adjudication.
