Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein to provide the assistance of the 5 herein to the court officer to implement the order of the Rent controller (District Munsif Court) Virudhunagar dated 29.4.2014 made EA No. 65 of 2015 in EP No. 7 of 2013 in RCOP No. 14 of 2012 in executing the delivery warrant in respect of the premises situated in door No.42, Vilkaran Kovil, Street, Virudhunagar.

ORDER

It is reported that as per the direction of this Court, dated 21.05.2015, the authorities complied with the conditions stipulated in the order dated 21.05.2015 and an order passed to that effect in Na.Ka.No.A1/4145/2015 dated 01.06.2015. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner also concedes the said fact.
