Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pursuant to the impugned order of the respondent dated 19.5.2015 in rejecting the petitioner's application with Reg.No.651252 and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application for the post of Sub Inspector of Police (Taluk) as per the Notification of the respondent dated 8.2.2015 No.01/2015 vide Advertisement No.1/15 on scrutiny of petitioner's certificates in originals.
