For Appellant : Mr.R.Maheswaran (in both appeals) For Respondent : Mr.M.P.Senthil (in both appeals) C O M M O N J U D G M E N T (Judgment of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) The matters were referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and at the Mediation, the parties have entered into settlement agreement on 12.11.2025. The parties, counsel and Mediator have signed the agreement. The parties are also present before us. The demand draft for Rs.40,00,000/- as provided in clause 6 (a) of the settlement agreement has also been handed over to the respondent / wife. The settlement agreement is recorded. In view of the settlement agreement, both appeals are allowed and the settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
