This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 20.07.2018.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant dated 20.07.2018 has been inquired into and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
