Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking extension of time to furnish sureties as directed in 1/3

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4230 of 2024 in Crl.OP(MD) No.18113 of 2023, vide order dated 10.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 04.01.2024 with certain conditions. The petitioner failed to comply the said conditions and filed a petition for extension of time in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2998 of 2024 and the same was ordered on 11.03.2024. Again the petitioner failed to comply the conditions and filed a petition for extension of time and that petition was also ordered on 10.04.2024. Even thereafter, the petitioner has not chosen to comply the conditions imposed by this Court and filed the present petition.

3.Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
