This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on the basis of his representation dated 15.05.2018. 2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that after filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has been employed on compassionate ground in the respondent Department. 3.Under such circumstances, recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
