JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The Writ Appeal is directed against the order made in W.P(MD)No.5334 of 2022 dated 25.03.2022.

The aforesaid writ petition was filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents/appellants herein to consider the representation of the petitioner/1st respondent herein dated 21.02.2022 to relocate or shift the TASMAC shop No.7518 from the Meena Mess Hotel Building premises situated at 16, Meena Mess Hotel Complex, Kottiyur Road, Karaikudi-630 002, Sivagangai District to any 2/5
other place. This Court, by order dated 25.03.2022, directed the appellants to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2022 and take positive action for relocating the aforesaid TASMAC shop within a period of 30 days.

Today, when the writ appeal was taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel for the appellants produced the communication of the 1st appellant in Na.Ka.No.A9/358/2022 dated 17.11.2022 addressed to him and submitted that steps are being taken to shift the TASMAC shop No.7518 and since alternative place is not available, the 1st appellant seeks three months time to shift the aforesaid TASMAC shop.

In view of the aforesaid communication of the 1st appellant seeking outer time limit of three months for shifting the TASMAC shop in question, the Writ Appeal is disposed of directing the appellants to shift the TASMAC shop No.7518 to any other suitable place within a period of three months as agreed in the aforesaid communication 3/5
dated 17.11.2022. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
