O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue, who is aged about 43 years and stated to be missing since 13.07.2015. The respondent police has taken their best efforts to trace the whereabouts of the detenue and have the reasonable suspicion that she might have gone to Andhra Pradesh to work in a snack factory as she has got some expertise and there are several local people who work in such factories in Andhra Pradesh.

2. The petitioner has not given worthwhile information to the respondent police. Therefore, while closing the habeas corpus petition, the respondent police is directed to take appropriate and effective action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 02.12.2016 and intimate the petitioner about any information they received about the detenue. In the meantime, if the petitioner had any further details, the same shall be furnished to the second respondent police.
