This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the impugned summons in M.C.No.125 of 2026, dated 27.03.2026 issued by the first respondent.

2. The petitioner has taken a specific stand that the respondent police have not served the original copy and therefore, he is not in a position to file the original copy.

3. The Government Advocate is not in a position to explain the reasons for serving the xerox copy instead of original copy.

4. In view of the same, this petition is allowed.
