Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl OP(MD) No.1175/2023 by order dt.23.01.2023 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M for a period of 2 weeks, thereafter every Saturday 10.30 a.m until further order. 1/3

To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.1165/2023 by order dated 23.01.2023 and thus render justice.

Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PERUMAL.C.T, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1 in both petitions the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.1175 & 1165 of 2023, dated 23.01.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. 4.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
