Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of free house site patta for the petition mentioned land. In the communication sent by the second respondent, it has been mentioned that it is not possible to grant the petitioner's request. If that be so, the second respondent has to send a formal communication to the writ petitioner in this regard. Such a communication will be sent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so that the petitioner can question the same in the manner known to law.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
