ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The husband of the detenu by name Karthigaiselvi, aged about 24 years, has come with this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that one Siva S/o.Karuppaiah has abducted her wife and also taken away his jewels and cash kept in the house. In this regard, he has already given a complaint to the 2nd respondent Police. As there was no response to the same, he has come up with this petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu was produced before this Court by the second respondent Police. When we enquired, the detenu told that she has not been abducted by anybody. She has further told that she voluntarily left the matrimonial home and that she is not interested to go along with her husband viz., petitioner.
