Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner appeared as party-in-person. He alleges that a tank attached to the petition-mentioned temple is no longer in existence. He wants the same to be restored.

3. We had an interaction with the petitioner. We asked him whether he had seen the tank in question. He answered in the negative. He had also not produced any record to show that the tank was ever in existence. He is only relying on some hearsay. We cannot issue any direction based on such hearsay information. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
