ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The second respondent undertakes to hold peace committee meeting. Since the festival falls on 19.05.2024, the peace committee meeting will be conducted well in advance. Notice will be issued to the fourth respondent. It is the duty of the second respondent to ensure that the temple is kept open. It should not be locked for any reason. If according to the fourth respondent he lost the key, there can also be break open also.

3.This writ petition is disposed of on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
