Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned online rejection letter of the respondent rejecting the petitioner's application in connection with the Direct Recruitment for the post of Sub-Inspectors of Police (Taluk) (Men & Women) - 2015 vide Advertisement No.1/15 and Notification No.1/15 dated 8.2.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to accept the petitioner's application and issue her the hall ticket to write the examination and proceed with the selection process. 2. In view of the above submissions, I am of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
