: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus petition, to calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the Respondent No.2 in Detention Order No.28/BCDFGISSSV/ 2016 dated 30.05.2016 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the body and person of Petitioner's Son by name Karthikeyan @ Karthi aged 24 years, was detained as a sexual offender at Madurai Central Prison before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
