Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the price adjustment amount as per the agreement dated 31.08.2020 entered between the second respondent and the petitioner for the construction of Taluk office building and Tahsildar Quarters at Thiruvattar in Kanniyakumari District.

Heard both sides.

2.The second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 25.11.2023 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put on notice all the interested parties including the private respondent herein before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
