This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.22 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022 and take appropriate action and also file Final Report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the case is under investigation and they will complete the investigation and file Final Report within one month.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report within a period of one month from the date of this order.

4. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
