Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondent dated 16.5.2015 published in web site of the respondent in rejecting hall-ticket to the petitioner for attending written examination scheduled on 23.5.2015 and other tests to be conducted by the respondent for the post of Sub Inspector of Police under the Tamil Nadu Police Subordinate Service, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner herein to attend the written examination scheduled on 23.5.2015 and to participate in all further tests of Physical Measurement Test, Endurance Test, Physical Efficiency Test (Pet), Viva-Voce, Medical Examination and Verification of character and antecedents to be conducted by the respondent on merit.
