: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records and quash the same leading to the detention of the petitioner's husband namely Muthupandi, son of Pandi, aged 32 years, detained under Act 14/82 vide detention order dated 11.11.2016 on the file of the second respondent herein made in Detention Order No.37/2016 and consequently, direct the respondent herein to produce the body and person of the said detenu before this Court and thereafter set him at liberty from Central Prison, Madurai.
