O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the directing the 3rd respondent to grant permission to conduct Thiru Vizha of Samy Kumpittu, Annathanam and Valli Thirumanam Dram of Arulmigu Sri Ayyanar, Sri Karuppasamy Thirukovil at Ottankulam, Veerancholan, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District on 26.05.2023.

2.Mr.B.Nambiselvan, Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. He would submit that the petitioner wants to conduct the festival in his individual capacity, by not including the Villagers. The Villagers are objected the same.

3.The third respondent shall make enquiry on the above said representation made by the petitioner by summoning the petitioner as well as the Villagers, who objects the representation and depending upon the out come of the above said enquiry, orders shall be passed by him forthwith.

4.With the above said directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
