ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant sanction under section 197 of Cr.PC for filing cases against the 4th respondent before the court of law, considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner after conducting enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7 herein, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six

(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
